Estate Agent Fees — Transparent Pricing

At Claughtons, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to fees. Our pricing is clear, competitive and free from hidden charges. We publish our fee structure so you know exactly what you are paying for before you instruct us.

Sales Fees

Our property sales fees start from 1.25% + VAT of the agreed sale price, on a no sale, no fee basis. This includes professional photography, floor plans, premium portal listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, social media marketing, our registered buyer database, accompanied viewings, and expert negotiation through to completion. There are no upfront costs and no withdrawal fees.

Lettings Fees

Our letting and property management fees start from 6% + VAT of the monthly rent for our fully managed service. This covers marketing, tenant referencing, contract preparation, deposit registration, rent collection, maintenance coordination and regular property inspections. Our tenant-find only service is available from 4% + VAT.

Free Services

We offer several services completely free of charge: property valuations (both online and in-person), initial consultations, mortgage advice referrals, and our suite of online calculators including the mortgage calculator, stamp duty calculator and budget planner.
